Inner child work or inner child healing is a method of healing past wounds while reconnecting to your most authentic self. When our inner child is wounded or disconnected from ourselves, we tend to live our lives as our unauthentic selves or find ourselves in spaces and situations where we are unseen and our needs are unmet. Inner child wounds affect every aspect of our day-to-day relationships. This workshop provides information and resources on inner child healing and provides a safe container for you to work with your inner child and learn where you have to heal.

This offering is specific to learning more about ancestor veneration and the healing of your ancestors. This workshop offers education on how to spiritually elevate and heal your ancestral lineage to help you and the next generations live a better and more healthy life.

I offer online and in-person womb healing and wellness workshops for personal healing. I provide information on the importance of womb healing and share traditional tools and practices such as vapores (yoni steams), soul retrieval, womb meditation, and crystal healing.

This class is intended to provide education on shadow work as a healing practice to help you integrate all parts of yourself together, both the light & the dark. We all have a shadow, I work with you to get to know your shadow and help reveal what your shadow wants you to know about yourself and where your gifts lie.
